Basil and his rider Steffi Whitaker won Champion Shetland Ridden.   Basil was also busy at Horse of the Year with Jooles from the Topp Twinns taking him  for a test ride and very kindly telling the guests at the Thursday night dinner about the Shetland Steeplechase at the Friday Night Extravaganza.  Basil was also busy at the Saturday Night Show with Mathew Grayling and Donna Smith.   In the mean time Steffi was having to make sure he was on time for all his activities.  We would like to thank Steffi for riding Basil in the two steeplechases and  also showing in hand and riding Basil in the ridden classes on the Sunday.  What a fantastic team they make.
